The Kohnke’s Own Online Store is only available for Australian customers. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST and do not include any handling, postage or freight charges. These will be calculated on checkout.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post, pick up of orders from our warehouse is not available.
Payment is to be made by Visa or Mastercard at the time of checkout. We do not hold your Credit Card details. Your Credit Card payments are made through Shopify, a proven and secure banking gateway for real time Credit Card validation and transaction processing.
Some product sizes are not available from our website due to difficulty in shipping these larger pack sizes. You can purchase these pack sizes from your local feedstore or saddlery. Prices may vary from the Recommended Retail Price including GST which is stated on our website. Please contact us by email or phone if you would like to locate a store in your area.
Shipping to Other Countries
Unfortunately, we do not offer overseas shipping to other countries. All customers purchasing products from our Online Store must have an Australian address to enable us to ship by Australia Post.
Postage and Shipping Information
Pick up of orders from our warehouse is not available.
Orders will be despatched by Australia Post with regular delivery by Parcel Post. Express Post can also be selected if preferred, but overnight delivery is not available for some postcodes.
Flat-rate shipping is offered Australia wide with the following prices (incl. GST):
Regular Post: $8 for orders under $150. Free postage for orders over $150.
Express Post: $15 for orders under $150. $25 for orders over $150.
Special conditions due to Covid 19: Due to the Covid 19 crisis, increased demand has led to some delay in Australia Post parcel post delivery times and signature receipts will not be requested.
You will receive email notification of tracking details when your order is despatched. If you don’t receive all the items in your order, please check the tracking details.
Refunds and Exchange
If you need to return a product to us, please contact us by phone or email for further information.
We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of the transaction, provided the supplement is unopened and in the original saleable condition. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase, we can’t offer refund or exchange.
Any products purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced if you have simply changed your mind.
Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned product(s).
If your horse does not like the taste of the product purchased, please contact us as we are always happy to help. Our products are extensively tested for palatability, but fussy horses do exist! Even fussy horses often become accustomed to the taste of a new supplement over a few days.
